Admissions and enquiries
Every enquiry captured in one place instead of a WhatsApp thread somebody has to scroll back through, from first call to confirmed admission, with nothing quietly going cold because the person who took it was on leave.
A school management platform we designed, built and run ourselves. It is the reason we can say we have operated software, not only delivered it.
A fee ledger in a spreadsheet that exactly one person understands, and a quiet panic whenever that person is on leave. Attendance on paper, so a parent hears about an absence in the evening or not at all. Report cards assembled by hand every term. An admission enquiry sitting in a WhatsApp thread until somebody scrolls past it.
And a software market that sells the answer to all of it as one complete solution, with a screenshot of a dashboard and a feature grid full of checkmarks.
One record per student, and everything a school does hanging off it.
Every enquiry captured in one place instead of a WhatsApp thread somebody has to scroll back through, from first call to confirmed admission, with nothing quietly going cold because the person who took it was on leave.
One record per student that the whole school works from: contact and guardian details, documents, medical notes and the full history from admission to leaving certificate.
Fee structures, concessions, receipts and outstanding balances the office can defend when a parent queries them. Collection recorded the way Indian schools actually collect it.
Marking a class takes seconds. Absence reaches the parent the same morning rather than at six in the evening, and the term percentage is calculated rather than counted by hand.
Mark entry, grades and print-ready report cards, with publishing as a deliberate act rather than something that happens the moment a teacher saves a number.
Notices, alerts and messages to parents from one place, so the school is not making thirty phone calls and nobody is guessing who was told what.
Visitors, gate passes and the daily traffic at the school entrance, the part of a school that meets the public and the part software usually ignores.
Most development companies have only ever handed software over. The project ends, the invoice clears, and whatever happens in year two happens to somebody else.
Running our own product removed that exit. We have had to make the decisions we would otherwise only advise on, and then live with them through releases, data migrations, a second customer, and the morning something breaks while fees are being collected.
That is the whole reason it is here. Not as a feature list you are meant to be impressed by, as evidence that the people you are hiring have been on the operating end of their own decisions.
A multi-customer platform with records, roles, billing and reporting is the kind of work we take on most often. Tell us what yours has to do.
